The Plus Endorsement

The Plus Endorsement was developed to provide our policyholders with a broad list of additional coverages that are not automatically provided in most Homeowner policies. This packaging of coverage provides value and depth to your Homeowner Policy.

Additional Coverage Includes:

	Personal Property limit increased to 70% of Coverage A
	Personal Liability limit increased to $300,000
	Medical Payments limit increased to $2,000
	Replacement Cost Coverage on Personal Property
	Specified Additional Amount of Insurance for Coverage A - Dwelling
	Special Computer Coverage
	Water Back Up & Sump Overflow
	Increased Special Limits on jewelry, watches, furs, and losses covered by credit card and forgery
	Personal Injury Protection
	Refrigerated Property/Food Coverage

This endorsement has been named after prominent mountains located in each of the three states that comprise our marketing territory. In Maine this form is known as the Katahdin Plus Endorsement, for New Hampshire it has been named the Monadnock Plus Endorsement, and in Vermont it is known as the Mansfield Plus Endorsement.

The Plus Endorsement is automatically included on every MMG Insurance Company Elite Homeowner Policy. The Plus Endorsement is also available under the Master or Classic Homeowner Policies for a small additional premium. The packaging of several routinely selected endorsements along with other special coverages creates significant premium savings when compared to the individual purchase price of each separate endorsement.
