Dwelling Fire
The Dwelling Fire Policy is one of the early Personal Lines policies
designed to cover dwellings and personal property against the perils of fire, wind,
explosion, smoke, vandalism and other causes of loss. Over the years these standardized
forms have been broadened and are now quite similar to the forms utilized in the Homeowner
Program. This program is appropriate for a variety of exposures that do not typically
qualify for Homeowner coverage. The Dwelling Fire Policy can be written to provide Basic,
Broad or Special Coverage on dwellings, other structures and/or personal property.
Policies can be written with or without Liability Coverage.
| MMG Insurance Companys Dwelling Fire Program is designed for above
average properties that are seasonal camps, secondary cottages, mobile homes,
dwellings under construction or other structures located away from your primary residence
premises. One and two family, tenant occupied dwellings that are in exceptional
condition may also be eligible for coverage under this policy. (Rental properties require
a complete interior / exterior inspection of each location by one of our Independent
Insurance Agents). |

and coverage described throughout this site are in the broadest and most general terms. It
is our intention to provide a summary of the product and/or examples of available options.
Contractual coverage is stated in the actual forms and endorsements attached to
individualized policies. Some coverages may be subject to policy limitations, exclusions
and/or conditions. Specific policy language supercedes any and all representations
contained in this site. For specific coverage details and policy exclusions, refer to the
