These forms can be attached to your Personal Auto Policy to include a motor home or camper trailer in the definition of "your covered auto". Coverage may be purchased for both liability and physical damage.

Auto Loan /Lease Coverage: Designed to cover the gap that may exist between the amount owed under a lease or loan on a current model year vehicle and the actual cash value (ACV) of that vehicle in the event of a covered total loss.

Customizing Equipment Coverage: Designed to provide coverage for vehicle customization such as special painting or murals, special carpeting, sleeping facilities, height-extending roofs, vehicle lifts, and other specialized vehicle features.

Rental Reimbursement Expense: Can be used to increase the basic rental coverage provided by the policy.
